Terms And Conditions
READ THIS CAREFULLY

To the right of this box are your
responsibilities as a donee. Read this
carefully BEFORE submitting your
application and copy and print for your
records.

By submitting a request for funds, you, the organization requesting funds, hereby agree to the
following terms and conditions without liability or qualification:
i. You acknowledge and agree that your submission does not guarantee that you will receive
funds from the Better Day Alliance Foundation ("BDAF"). All funding decision are made by the
BDAF in its sole and absolute discretion..
ii. Within the calendar year that the funds are received, a donation receipt will be issued by you
to the BDAF..
iii. Within 30 days of the funds being used, you will submit AT least 10 photos (by mail or email)
of the event and/or items purchased (in use preferably) to the BDAF as proof of its completion.
BDAF is automatically granted the right to use these photos at no cost in any/all promotional
materials.
iv. The funds will only be used for the purpose specified in your request for funds.
You acknowledge and agree that should you fail to satisfy any of these terms and conditions,
the BDAF has the right to the return of the funds at its sole discretion. If the BDAF requests the
return of funds due to your failure to satisfy any of the Terms and Conditions, you shall be
obligated to return said funds to the BDAF immediately.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you MAY NOT submit a request for funds.
